Transitional Housing

Our housing programs offer safe, supportive environments for veterans experiencing homelessness. Transitional housing helps veterans gain stability while working toward independence, and assisted living provides long-term care for veterans with ongoing medical or mobility needs. Residents receive access to case management, counseling, healthcare coordination, meals, transportation, and a secure place to rebuild.
